Omron is one of the big global players in blood pressure measurement technology. Our task was to design a range of BPM products specifically for the European market.
We started with user experience research that helped to provide an in-depth understanding of customers’ needs and expectations. Various concept directions were developed, prototyped and validated following in-depth customer interviews.
We selected and briefed Hamburg-based Factor Design as specialists for the packaging task: the attractive result features a fresh design approach and precise information graphics.
The result was very well received and has just been introduced to Omron’s domestic Japanese market as well.
